Aaron Rodgers surprises child cancer survivors at benefit

Some super star quarterbacks spend their down time attending the Met Gala in New York.

My super star quarterback spends his down time raising money for chid cancer survivors in Wisconsin.

This is just baller from Aaron Rodgers.

Rodgers had some fun stuff to say during a Q&A at the event, including a bit of an inside scoop about his left tackle's beer pounding shenanigans at the Bucks game.

“My left tackle keeps lying to me,” Rodgers said.

David Bakhtiari, who fired up the crowd at an earlier Bucks playoff game by slamming a beer for the cameras, told Rodgers they should both do it on Wednesday night. But Bakhtiari later changed his mind and told Rodgers he wasn't going to do it at all.

“So, of course, he slams two beers and gets the crowd going and then points over at me like, ‘Your turn,’” Rodgers said, laughing. “I’m like, ‘I don’t have any beers. You said we weren’t doing it. What are you doing? Come on. Trying to make me look bad.’”

Be sure to check out the entire article. Lots of fun stories and good times at an event for an incredible cause.

Funny story about Bak. Also great to hear he's doing something with kids. Good for people to see this side of him verses all the negative stuff that came out a few months ago.
