Vikings QB Brett Favre Is Under the Weather

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre has been playing with two broken bones in his left foot/ankle, as well as soreness in his right shoulder that prompted a visit to Dr. James Andrews earlier this month.

Judd Zulgad of the Star Tribune reports that Favre is now dealing with a sinus infection.

Favre’s illness isn’t expected to threaten his consecutive start streak, which will reach 296 today at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland.
