The Minnesota Vikings announced that they have agreed to terms with seventh-round fullback Ryan D'Imperio.
Terms were not disclosed.
A linebacker at Rutgers, the 6-1, 241-pound D'Imperio totaled 185 tackles, including 23.5 for a loss, and 7 sacks for the Scarlet Knights, but is being converted to fullback in the NFL. D'Imperio played running back in high school.
D'Imperio is the first of the Vikings' eight draft choices to agree to terms on a contract.
