Texans WR/RS Trindon Holliday Agrees to Terms

John McClain of the Houston Chronicle reports that Houston Texans sixth-round wide receiver Trindon Holliday has agreed to terms on a contract.

Holliday becomes the member of the 2010 NFL Draft class to agree to terms, with McClain adding that the contract is worth $1.886 million dollars. Based on that reported value, Holliday received a signing bonus of around $96,000.

In 51 games at LSU, the 5-5, 160-pound Holliday gained 772 yards with 4 touchdowns rushing, and caught 7 passes for 72 yards. Holliday averaged 24.7 yards on 73 kick returns, 15 yards on 43 punt returns, and had four total return touchdowns, one in each of his four seasons in Baton Rouge.

Holliday was named SEC Special Teams Player of the Week three times during his career, and was an eight-time All-American in track & field, and was the 2009 NCAA champion in the 100-meter dash.

Holliday ran a 4.34-second time in the 40-yard dash at the Combine.
