Free agent defensive tackle Kendrick Clancy has re-signed with the New Orleans Saints, Clancy's agent, Ron Del Duca, announced on Twitter.
Financial terms of the one-year deal were not disclosed.
The 6-1, 305-pound Clancy spent the last three seasons with the Saints, totaling 52 tackles and 2.5 quarterback sacks before placing on season-ending injured reserve last November with a knee injury.
A third-round pick (72nd overall) out of Mississippi by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2000, Clancy has played in 109 games during a 10-year career with the Steelers (2000-04), New York Giants (2005), Arizona Cardinals (2006), and Saints (2007-present).
