Saints DC Gregg Williams to Withdraw From Consideration For Broncos Job

New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator Gregg Williams will not interview with the Denver Broncos, Jeff Duncan of The Times-Picayune reports.

Williams intends to withdraw his name from consideration today, Duncan adds.

The Broncos asked for and received permission to interview Williams on Monday, two days after the Saints’ 41-36 playoff loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Broncos Executive Vice-President of Football Operations John Elway announced that the team was to interview Williams on Friday.
