Saints Agree to Terms With CFL DT Tom Johnson

The New Orleans Saints have agreed to terms with defensive tackle Tom Johnson a "Reserve/Futures" deal, Mike Triplett of The Times-Picayune reports.

Johnson (6-3, 288) is a native of Moss Point, Mississippi who played his college ball at Southern Mississippi.

Signed by the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent in 2006, Johnson had a stint in the Arena Football League before going north in 2009. In two seasons with the Calgary Stampeders, Johnson has 52 tackles and 7 quarterback sacks.
