Saints Add DT Swanson Miller to Practice Squad

The New Orleans Saints have re-signed defensive tackle Swanson Miller to the practice squad.

Miller (6-4, 300) is an undrafted free agent from Oklahoma State who went to training camp with the Cleveland Browns. Miller spent last week on the Saints’ practice squad, but was released on Saturday when the team re-signed rookie quarterback Sean Canfield.

Canfield has been released to re-sign Miller, but there’s little doubt that the seventh-round pick from Oregon State has a permanent locker at the team’s headquarters.
