Undrafted University of Tennessee-Martin offensive lineman Joe Gibbs has signed with the St. Louis Rams, UTMSports.com reports.

Terms of the free agent deal were not disclosed.

The 6-3, 298-pound Gibbs began his college career as a tight end, and was moved to the offensive line during his sophomore season. Initially a guard, Gibbs spent the majority of his career at right tackle, earling All-Ohio Valley Conference honors twice (second-team in 2008, first-team in 2009) and was an Associated Press FCS third-team All-American after last season.

Gibbs projects to the guard position in the National Football League, but could play right tackle in the certain schemes.
