Oakland Raiders guard Robert Gallery and linebacker Rolando McClain were fined $7,500 each for unnecessary roughness penalties from Sunday's 33-3 win over the Seattle Seahawks, the league office announced on Friday.
Gallery was fined, but penalized, after striking Seahawks defensive end Chris Clemons late on a second quarter pass play. Clemons retaliated and was penalized 15 yards, extending a Raiders' drive that did not result in points.
McClain was penalized for tackling Seahawks running back Justin Forsett by the helmet after a four-yard gain on 3rd-and-11 in the fourth quarter.
