For the second time, 24-year old Carolina Panthers wide receiver Dwayne Jarrett has been arrested for driving while impaired, Darin Gantt of the Charlotte Observer reports.

Jarrett, who was arrested for the same charge in 2008, was arrested early this morning by Charlotte Mecklenburg police earlier this morning. His current incarceration status is unknown.

The 6-4, 220-pound former second-round pick out of USC has been a disappointment for the Panthers, catching just 35 passes for 428 yards and 1 touchdown during his 31-game NFL career, including two receptions for 40 yards this season in three games this season.
