#NFL and #NFLPA Issue Joint Statement on CBA Talks

The NFL and NFLPA issued a joint statement following talks towards a new collective bargaining agreement today in Washington, D.C.

From NFLPA Assistant Executive Director of External Affairs George Attalah's Twitter feed:

"Today’s bargaining session focused on several matters, including the proposed 18-2 season format, rookie wage scale and improvements 4 retired players. Both sides look forward to continuing the discussions and reaching a new collective bargaining agreement."
