The Jacksonville Jaguars announced the signing of linebacker Slade Norris off the practice squad.

Norris replaces linebacker Jacob Cutrera, who has been placed on injured reserve with a concussion.

A fourth-round pick (126th overall) out of Oregon State by the Oakland Raiders in 2009, Norris (6-3, 245) had two tackles in four games for the Raiders last season before he was placed on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.

Norris has had practice squad stints this season with the Raiders, Seattle Seahawks, and Jaguars, who brought him into the fold on November 10.
