Falcons TE Justin Peelle Out 4-6 Weeks

Atlanta Falcons tight end Justin Peelle will miss four-to-six weeks after undergoing surgery to repair a sports hernia, Jay Adams of AtlantaFalcons.com reported on Wednesday.
Peelle has just three receptions for 26 yards on the season, but has started five of six games this season, as the Falcons frequently employ two-tight end formations.
With Peelle sidelined, undrafted rookie Michael Palmer is the only tight end behind future Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez on the Falcons’ 53-man roster. First-year tight end Robbie Agnone is on the team’s practice squad.
