Falcons Lose S Shann Schillinger For Season
By Brian McIntyre on Dec 28, 2010 with 0 Comments
Atlanta Falcons rookie safety Shann Schillinger will miss the team’s playoff run after fracturing his ankle on Monday night, D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
A sixth-round pick out of Montana in 2010, Schillinger had 8 special teams tackles in 15 games this season.
No roster move to replace Schillinger was immediately known. The 12-3 Falcons haven’t made a single roster transaction involving their 53-man roster since placing running back Jerious Norwood on injured reserve on September 21.
