Last month, New York Giants defensive lineman Chris Canty accused Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Todd Herremans of delivering some low blocks.
The NFL fined Herremans $5,000.
After yesterday's loss to the Eagles, Giants defensive tackle Rocky Bernard accused the Eagles offensive line of more dirty play.
"It’s just that team, they like to play dirty," Bernard told Mike Garafolo of The Star-Ledger. "Same (stuff) they did in the first game and the refs don’t do (anything) about it. Just taking cheap shots, after the whistle, tackling, holding, whatever. It’s ridiculous."
"I firmly believe that any man’s finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle – victorious."
