Eagles Downgrade CB Asante Samuel to “Out”

Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Asante Samuel has been downgraded to “Out” for tomorrow’s game against the Chicago Bears.

Samuel (knee) will be replaced in the starting lineup by Joselio Hanson.
