The Indianapolis Colts announced that linebacker Cody Glenn has been placed on injured reserve.
A fifth-round pick out of Nebraska by the Washington Redskins, Glenn (6-0, 240) was claimed off waivers last September. Waived and re-signed to the practice squad the following week, Glenn was activated midway through last season, totaling 9 tackles in 9 games, including five special teams tackles.
In 10 games this season, Glenn has a team-high 14 special teams tackles.
The Colts also announced that wide receiver Brandon James has been waived placed on waivers, with wide receiver Taj Smith replacing him on the 53-man roster.
