Bills Promote Hubbard From Practice Squad

The Buffalo Bills announced that wide receiver Paul Hubbard has been signed off the practice squad.
A sixth-round pick (191st overall) out of Wisconsin by the Cleveland Browns in 2008, Hubbard has yet to appear in an NFL game, spending most of his three seasons in the league of practice squads in Cleveland, Oakland, and with the Bills this season.
Rookie offensive lineman Cordaro Howard has been placed on injured reserve, with wide receiver Rod Windsor signed to the practice squad.
