Bills OT Ed Wang Injures Leg

Buffalo Bills fifth-round offensive tackle Ed Wang suffered a potentially serious injury to his left leg, Mark Gaughan of the Buffalo News reports.

According to Gaughan, during an 11-on-11 drill, Wang "collided with another linemen in the backfield on a passing play and went to the ground. He got up under his own power and walked about 10 steps but then laid down on the turf".

Wang was carted off the field and helped into the trainer's room.

The first full-blooded Chinese-American player to be drafted into the National Football League, Wang had been working at left tackle with the second-team offense for much of the Bills' Organized Team Activity sessions and mini-camps.

Wang signed a four-year, $1.9885M contract, which included a $198,500 signing bonus, on May 27.
