Bears Sign OL Herman Johnson Off Cardinals’ Practice Squad

he Chicago Bears have signed offensive lineman Herman Johnson off the Arizona Cardinals’ practice squad, Johnson’s agent, Albert Elias, announced.
Johnson signed a two-year contract.
The largest baby ever born in the state of Louisiana, the 6-7, 360-pound Johnson played his college ball at LSU and was selected by the Cardinals in the fifth-round pick (167th overall) of the 2009 NFL Draft.
A gameday inactive throughout his rookie season, Johnson was waived by the Cardinals and re-signed to their practice squad in early September.
