Authorities Seize Dr. Galea's "NFL File Folder"

Mike Fish of ESPN.com reports that among the items seized from Dr. Anthony Galea's Toronto, Ontario office was a file entitled "NFL file folder".

"This is an ongoing federal investigation and we will cooperate fully, but we defer any comment at this time to the federal authorities", NFL spokesman Greg Aiello told ESPN.

Galea is accused of illegally supplying HGH to numerous athletes, including NFL players. According to a timeline in the Washington Post, Galea allegedly treated clients, not necessarily affiliated with the NFL, in Boston, Cleveland, Orlando, Tampa, Washington, D.C., San Diego, and San Francisco.

The Washington Post reported last month that one of Galea's clients was Washington Redskins wide receiver Santana Moss, who has acknowledged being treated by Galea, but did not know if he was given HGH. Moss apologized to teammates for the distraction, but has not commented publicly on the subject.

Authorities contend that Galea's assistant was en route to Washington, D.C. to treat Moss when she was stopped at the border.
