49ers to Meet With Harbaugh

ESPN’s Chris Mortensen and Adam Schefter report the San Francisco 49ers will meet with Stanford head coach Jim Harbaugh today.

49ers CEO Jed York and Trent Baalke, who was named general manager last night, will meet with Oakland Raiders offensive coordinator Hue Jackson before meeting with Harbaugh at an undisclosed location away from the team’s headquarters.

Harbaugh is the 49ers’ first choice to replace Mike Singletary as head coach, and a deal could be in place as early as today.
