2010 NFL OTA Schedules

NFL teams are permitted to conduct up to 14 "Organized Team Activity" sessions, which are part of the team's off-season workout programs. NFL teams are also permitted to conduct one mandatory veteran mini-camp, with teams who have hired new head coaches allowed two additional "voluntary" mini-camps.

The mini-camp schedules will be announced later this month, but below are each team's OTA schedule for the 2010 off-season, with the number of sessions in ().

Even though they're one of three teams who have hired new head coaches, and thus have two additional "voluntary" mini-camps, the Seahawks have scheduled one of the fewest number of OTA sessions this off-season. (10)

The Seahawks are also the only club to have not scheduled OTA sessions on back-to-back days this off-season.
