Press gazette says:
Hawk is probable
Wells is the backup (see if he can play game day)
Like Wells, the availability of Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila (knee) apparently will be decided on game day. Gbaja-Biamila has been dealing with swelling in his problematic right knee, but McCarthy said he’s hopeful the veteran pass-rushing specialist will play.
Defensive tackle Ryan Pickett (hamstring) is not expected to be on a limited snap count, despite missing all of training camp and the preseason, McCarthy said.
Running back Ryan Grant (hamstring), who sat out practice on Friday, was a full participant and is expected to start.
No. 3 receiver James Jones (knee) sat out and almost certainly won’t play.

Running back Ryan Grant (hamstring) took part in practice after getting the day off Friday and will play. Backup Brandon Jackson is expected to play a lot.

McCarthy said he expected defensive tackle Ryan Pickett to be able to play as much as needed. Pickett missed all of training camp with a hamstring injury and just returned to practice this week. However, he said his conditioning was good from all the work he did with the strength coaches while he was out.
