First, let me get that fumble off my chest: That was some bullshit. That opening-drive fumble, was a fumble. There's no question, whistle or not, that ball would have been picked up by a Vikings player and returned for a touchdown.
That said, I gotta say, if I were Aaron Rodgers, I'd be mad as hell. There's no way that offensive line should have let that happen to him on that day, on that field. He's a great quarterback. I think he's as good as anybody. You put him on the Colts' roster, he's peyton Manning. You put him on the Saints' roster, he's Drew Brees. I think he's that good and so do my Viking fan-friends. If I were a Packer fan, I'd be spitting fire over that offensive line. The few times they did give him more than 3 seconds, he lit it up. But Favre was the better quarterback that day, and his offensive line was by far the better. I enjoyed the game very, very much. I feel for you guys, but I'm lovin' it, right now. Hopefully Green Bay starts winning so we can beat you again. Right now, that offensive line looks like a fat kid's birthday cake to Jared Allen and the Williams boys.
