I concur. I think the gold standard for our team is Fritz Shurmur. Can we please get some more gold. It's out there.

As much as I'd like to see it, I would be shocked if McCarthy made any changes to his staff..

I agree. What does this guy bring to the table? He's out coached by every opposing offensive coordinator he faces. He makes our most talented players look pedestrian. Every time it's 3rd and long I think, "That's a make-able first down"; it doesn't matter if we're facing a rookie quarterback, an injury depleted offensive line, a subpar receiving corps or all three. Any team can convert a first down on a third and long against us.

I think they should fire Mike McCarthy, not Bob Sanders. You all need to think about who runs this team. Its the Head Coach, so we all need to hope that he gets fired, for having a really bad season. We all remember the Favre situation, so watch and see Mike McCarthy get fired or his staff get fired at the end of the season.
