  1. I realize after polling that I am in the far minority, but I believe Jarrett Bush has *improved* the most. The other player I would consider is Peprah.

The rest of the list has done extremely well, and in some cases are the better players, but they haven’t improved by quite the same amount.

It’s akin to the difference between going halfway up the stairwell from the bottom or getting to the top from one or two steps down.

Egregious error leaving Tramon off. He went from an average player to all-world, even if not recognized as such by the Pro Bowl voting. Do you remember how many times Tramon was burnt deep last year? This year, his first was against the Giants. He played at so much of a higher level than he did last year. Most improved – easily.

Not an error, Al. Everyone already knew Tramon was awesome. That’s why they hollered new contract all last season.

He made a positive impact, unlike the others.

Jersey, I agree with you. I was thinking on the train today how it is so amazing how Tramon with from “Admiral Armbar” to the unquestioned best corner on the team AND one of the best corners in the league.

Tramon is the most improved player.

BTW, haven’t been here in a while, but I like the new lounge.

I disagree, Alex. it’s revisionist history to say everyone knew Williams was “awesome” last year. He wasn’t. He was just good, but got burnt a lot. If he had played like he has this year, he wouldn’t have had to sign a tender and play for a contract this year. Williams was nowhere near the level he has played at this year. In my opinion, of course,

I vote for Tim ‘Nasthay’ Masthay. If this vote doesn’t include him, prepare for Derrick Frost invasion.

    Tramon Williams.

  6. PWC says:

Quite honestly, any of these players could receive a vote, but I decided to go with J. Bush and the minority on this. It’s clear that Bush is not (yet?) a starting DB in the NFL, but he has found a home on the special teams and has been playing spectacularly. Kudos to the Pack for finding a way to use a player like Bush in an effective way.

  7. Furostuo81 says:

Tim Masthay. The guy has come up big in big games and delivered booming punts when they were needed. Considering the carousel the Pack has had at that position, I think he’s not only the best they’ve had since Jon Ryan, but he’s improved a lot since barely making the team.

  8. PackersThad says:

I voted for Jarrett Bush because he has been much improved from year’s earlier. He has finally become the special teams ace the Packers thought he was and he is making less and less mistakes on coverage. I think a lot of the other guys improved, but Bush has improved the most.

It’s got to be Bishop. Think of the impact he has had on the Linebacking corps as compared to the rest of the candidates. I think we all knew Raji was going to get better and barring injury, the D-Line had a chance to be great. Peprah and Bush created some nice depth in the secondary (as well as Bush’s contributions on ST’s) however, Bishop’s improvement made the loss of Barnett almost a non-factor.

I was going to vote Jarrett Bush as a joke, but then I decided that Raji was too much of a beast to pass up, even for a joke.

  11. asshalo says:

Raji. Hopefully we’ll have more depth on the D-line so he can sustain, or even improve upon his playing-making abilities.

You are all wrong. The most improved member of the Green Bay Packers this year was clearly John Kuhn! KUUUUHHHNNNN!

I think I would have to agree tramon wins this vote hands down! I think he was the ost penalized corner in the NFL last year or right up there, not to mention he got burnt alot. The panalties were way down and coverage skills ere incredible!
