The Titans never stood a chance today, getting absolutely destroyed 55-7 in front of more than seventy thousand of the most dedicated fans on the planet.

Aaron Rodgers threw for over 300 yards and 3 TDs. Randall Cobb set the single season yardage record. The defense held the Titans to under 300 yards en route to sacking Jake Locker 7 times.

It was domination from start to finish.

The captain’s pic was its normal bit of comedic brilliance.

Nice smirk James. Only thing better is catching 7 passes for 100 yards and your 13th TD of the season today.

They did not disappoint.

Walking away with a 21-13 victory over the Bears, the Packers clinched their second straight NFC North championship. James Jones had 3 TD catches. Clay Matthews had 2 sacks. It was a wonderful sight to see the Packers clinch in Chicago.

Congrats to the Green Bay Packers-your 2012 NFC North Division Champions!

The victory continued the Lions losing streak in Wisconsin, which goes back to 1962 (or something like that). More importantly, thanks to the Bears crappin’ the bed against the Vikings, the Packers moved into sole possession of first place in the NFC North.

Before the game, Rodgers and crew continued their tradition as only they can.

Welcome to Bears week. They still suck.

Since the beginning of the 2011 season, we have posted the captain’s photo from each game here under the “Say Cheese!” tag. It’s something that we look forward to every week.

It looks like NFL Films has finally caught up to us in documenting the bomb.

Recently, they posted a video documenting the photobomb efforts of a certain QB and the skill involved in such efforts. It is a great video, a nice break from the battles on the field, and a glimpse at someone who is all business on the field, but can still have a laugh just before game time.

Who knows, maybe EMC was the inspiration for filming this. If so, let us know who to contact so we can start receiving those fat royalty checks.

While this may not have been a must win game for the team, a win would certainly do wonders for the Packer faithful, many of whom are on the verge of a breakdown with the team sitting at 2-3 going into the game.

So Graham Harrell is a new partner in crime with QB1 for the weekly photobomb. He sure did this better than when he was actually in the game.

As a matter of fact, it was captured on TV while it was taking place.

While the events which happened at the end of the game overshadow the foolishness that is a photobomb, sometimes a laugh is needed.  If for no other reason, this takes the focus off the serious matter of replacement refs in the NFL, and allows for a smile, if only for a brief second.

After taking last week off, Aaron Rodgers was back as resident photobomb champion for the Packers for tonight’s match up against the Bears.

It never gets old. And I hope he never stops finding a way to ham it up on the sidelines before the game.

And not much of it was on the football field.

During the final game of the preseason, Clay decided it was time to sharpen up his photobombing skills and try and sneak in some face time during interviews with some of his teammates.

It started with his “accidently” getting in the shot of Tramon Williams while he was being interviewed by Trenni Kusnierek:

A good start to the photoombing fun. But Clay was not done. In fact, he was merely getting started.

Later during an interview with Aaron Rodgers, Matthews took it a step further, as he tried practicing his love of photography while Trenni was asking questions:

They may be professional athletes, but football is a game, and Matthews proved tonight that having fun is a must while playing a game.

Is it a week too late? Yes

Has everyone seen this by now? Probably

Would it help my cause if I said I was moving when this game was being played, and could not post it on game day? Hopefully

Since the Packers are off today, this is the best I can do for a Captains pic. So enjoy it one more time.

Of course the Packers gave us a great way to end the holiday weekend by beating the Bears 35-21 and in the process clinching home field advantage throughout the playoffs. A great Christmas present indeed.

In the spirit of the season, Matt Flynn did his best Rudolph impersonation in this weeks team captains photo.

It’s difficult to steal the spotlight from Aaron at anytime, but props must be given where appropriate. Well done Matt. Well done indeed.

They exited 13-1.

Despite the loss, Packers fans continue to win with the team captain photos, as evidenced by today’s edition

Kind of ironic the look on Rodgers’ face before the game is how Packers fans feel after their first loss in a year.

Bigger picture now comes into clearer focus-repeating as Super Bowl champs. Let the 1972 Dolphins drink all the champagne they want-the Packers are going to repeat as Super Bowl champs. You don’t need to be undefeated to do that.

It’s interesting that Captain Photobomb seems to be looking in the direction of Jordy Nelson, much the same as he would for much of the game.

Gee, I wonder whose arm that is going over the left shoulder of Jarrett Bush? Matt Flynn? Nah, never.
