All of a sudden there is a butt load of things to talk about. Six topics is just not going to be enough today. Time to squash the Tim Tebow talk and start dissecting the latest Green Bay Packers news. Here is your Six Pack.

The Six (Plus) Pack

1. Let’s start with Tim Tebow. Okay, let’s move on.

2. Jeremy Kapinos is pissed off apparently. I suppose that doesn’t bother me too much, and I agree he wasn’t the sole problem. It’s not worth losing any sleep over either way. Like I said last year, pony up the dough for Hunter Smith and get somebody decent in here. I also like Jersey Al’s thought that Matt Turk would be a nice fit.

3. I am going to take number three to beg Ted Thompson to make a concerted effort to get Leon Washington. If there ever was a Ted Thompson guy to be had, Leon Washington is it. Great player, coming off an injury, at a vastly reduced price. Ted please, this has your name written all over it. This is the type of guy we NEED to be going for.

4. On to tenders. It looks like Bigby will stick around for more hoes. I can’t see any team giving up a second for Atari, and if they do – great. What sickens me even more is you can have Leon Washington at the same compensation. Oh yeah, that was number two.

5. I think it was Bedard who eluded that Daryn Colledge was going to be upset after seemingly being less favored than Jason Spitz. Cry me a river.

6. As far as the rest of the tenders on Blackmon, Collins, Jolly, Kuhn, Spitz, and Williams – I can’t see any reason barring John Kuhn that all these guys aren’t back. Get the Collins deal done.

7. Free agency begins tomorrow. Any thoughts?

8. Thanks to everyone who has been putting up with the changes around here. This is all learn as you go for me, and I know everything works kind of weird at times. However, with cutting edge technology like LoungeBook there is only room for improvement. I promise as soon as I get the time and money I’ll get the kinks worked out. But, it’s starting to get better.

9. Why on God’s green earth does Arrigo’s article pop up every time I google Packers. How many frickin’ mocks can you have?

10. Thanks to Brian Carriveau for pointing out this Finley interview. He is predicting 80 catches and 10 touchdowns. I hope so.

11. Finally, I’m going to end on a non-Packers note. One of our longtime Lounge members Erik Cieslewicz is finishing up filming his first television series Hard to Be Me. Congratulations Erik, and don’t forget about us little people.

The urban dictionary has a new word this morning — Bedarded. It’s the act of taking an innocent statement and using it as some form of implied truth. The phenomenon is sweeping the nation, most recently regarding Nick Collins.

One of the things (one of many) that pisses me off on a regular basis is watching how content develops. I agree that Twitter and other new sources of information have certainly enhanced the knowledge we so desperately crave. These developing technologies, although amazing, have led to a whole new genre of copy writing — taking a one liner and somehow spinning it into a headline.

Case in point last night on the subject of Nick Collins. A simple question about the safety holding out was presented to Bedard. His answer is now a national Packer headline.

Now, let it be known that Greg Bedard is probably about as informed as they come on the Green Bay Packers. His writing style and friendly personality have also somehow turned him into the Chris Berman of Packer news. Super-stardom aside, this does not make everything he says a story.

I wake up this morning and this silly tweet is headline news all over the place. It’s a story on rotoworld, MSNBC, and of course at Railbird Central (Has anyone that noticed that site is ALL over google now?). Seriously, get a life. It’s a tweet, from a phone, in reply to an unanswerable question. It’s an opinion people; informed maybe, but still just that. This is hardly breaking news.

Now, I know there are a few of you all already upset and thinking I am letting Bedard have it here too, but you would be mistaken. Greg Bedard is not stupid, and if he did have any solid inkling of what Nick Collins was going to do, I’ll guarantee he wouldn’t be sharing it with you on Twitter. Things like that are saved for the spotlight.

The truth on Collins is that no one knows what is going to happen. I also don’t neccesary agree that this will be a messy and near guaranteed hold out for Nick. No one takes into account the many X-factors that could be going through Nick’s head. Yes, he may be money hungry, but who is to say that other things aren’t more important to Nick right now?

Last season was a hard one for Nick. His father died, he was catching a lot of flack, and he played on a 6-10 team. This season the variables are a little different. He now plays on a contender, the competition at his position in the NFC allows him to get the probowl on stats alone, and this is just a guess, but I bet Nick would love to look to the sky with a Super Bowl trophy in his hands and take a moment to say thank you to the man who taught him so much.

If I had to wager, I would think the process will be much smoother and much less a distraction than anyone is predicting… which is all we can do right now.

Don’t be Bedarded

If this year’s Packer team continues to get solid play at the line of scrimmage as well as from the Grants, Hawks, and Bigbys, they have enough big-play talent to make some noise in the playoffs.

The Packers’ roster contains more than its share of big-play guys.

As recently as last year, there were complaints that the Packers did not have enough playmakers to be a contending team. Whether or not that was true at the time, it is no longer true. The Packers now have several players who are capable of making big plays on a regular basis. And just as importantly, during this five-game winning streak the Packers have consistently won the line-of-scrimmage battle, allowing their playmakers on both sides of the ball to do what they do best.

I divide playmakers into two categories: Top-notch playmakers, who can consistently deliver big plays, and occasional playmakers, who are normally just very good but will occasionally make that jaw-droppingly great play. Let’s take a look at them now, in order of importance.

TOP-NOTCH PLAYMAKERS

Aaron Rodgers: Chris Collinsworth made a very good point a couple weeks ago, when he said that the difference between the very best NFL QB’s and all of the rest is that the best ones can complete passes to receivers who are not open. He was referring to Kurt Warner, but Aaron Rodgers is one of a handful of QB’s who can do this on a regular basis. He also throws a good deep ball, he can extend plays by avoiding pressure, and he can scramble for long gains when he gets the chance. He leads the league in QB rushing yards. A great playmaking QB is the single best asset any team can have. And we’ve got one.

Charles Woodson: There’s not much more that can be said about this guy. Interceptions, forced fumbles, tackles behind the line of scrimmage, and sacks. He does it all. He is easily the best player on the team, and he can find a way to impact a game even when opposing QB’s are avoiding him like he plague, as they well should.

Clay Matthews: His demolition of the Bears’ left tackle on Sunday was a joy to watch. One sack and two penalties drawn—one for holding and one for a facemask. Also, he more than held his own against the run. And this has become a typical game for the rookie. This guy lives to play football. He reminds me of some of those great Oakland Raider players of the 70s.

Jermichael Finley: Maybe I’m a little early with this one, but Finley is a matchup nightmare for opposing teams, and he is only going to get better. He has a size-speed-skill combo that is very rare, and he is on the verge of becoming a TE who can be mentioned in the same sentences as TE’s like Antonio Gates and Jeremy Shockey. He is the future. And luckily for the 2009 Packers, he is also the present.

Nick Collins: After finally coming into his own last season, Collins continues to be a ballhawk, with six interceptions, and he seems to get them at the very best times. He is also capable of chasing down ballcarriers from behind, preventing TD’s on big plays. In addition, his speed allows him to provide support for the CB’s on deep balls, helping to prevent big plays by opposing teams.

OCCASIONAL PLAYMAKERS

Nick Barnett—With his knee healing, he has played better and better as the season has gone on. Barnett specializes in sniffing out screen passes and pursuing ballcarriers sideline-to-sideline behind the line of scrimmage. He can create havoc on blitzes as well, and he always plays with a nasty attitude.

Greg Jennings—Last year, he would’ve been in the first category. For unknown reasons, his production has fallen off this year, as he often comes up just short when given a chance to make a big play. He is still the receiver that opposing teams fear most, however–a legitimate deep threat, and he can kill you on slants if he catches the ball at full speed, in the clear.

Donald Driver—He has enjoyed a resurgence this season. Driver can get open deep and has made not just one, but two one-handed catches on deep balls this season. His specialty, however, is converting third downs by catching the ball in traffic and taking big hits.

Cullen Jenkins—Although he is not going to run up big sack totals as a 3-4 DE, Jenkins can often be found in the opposing team’s backfield, getting pressure on the QB or blowing up running plays. He can also chase down ballcarriers from behind—a rare talent for a defensive lineman.

The defense has suffered two huge losses this year with the injuries to Al Harris and Aaron Kampman. I’m not sure, however, that either of them would fit into the category of “playmaker.” Harris is very solid, and he helped set up Woodson by reliably covering his half of the field. Kampman got a lot of sacks but was not as dynamic of a player as Matthews.

The one real playmaker who was lost to injury this season was Will Blackmon, who scored two TD’s on punt returns last season and broke a few other big ones. Heretical as it sounds, I would argue that Blackmon has been harder to replace than Harris or Kampman, although time will tell how much the loss of the two defensive Pro Bowlers will damage the Packers’ chances of being a real force in the playoffs this season.

At any rate, the Packers do have a worthy collection of impact players, which belies Ted Thompson’s reputation among many fans as a dull and unimaginative GM. He made bold moves to grab Rodgers, Woodson, and Matthews, while Finley, Collins, and Jennings were somewhat unconventional draft picks who are now paying off. If this year’s Packer team continues to get solid play at the line of scrimmage as well as from the Grants, Hawks, and Bigbys, they have enough big-play talent to make some noise in the playoffs.

The Skinny

Matt Flynn says that his shoulder will be fine. If it had been a regular season game he would have stayed in.

The X RAYs on Nick Collins came back negative. I would imagine they will be really careful with Nick for now.

It’s probably safe to assume that Devin Frischknecht broke his leg.

B.J. Raji looks like the real deal.

Johnny Jolly played like a man on a mission.

Desmond Bishop is a stud.

Let’s hope Aaron Rodgers never gets hurt, the backups are not getting it done.

Lumpkin probably played himself off the team tonight.

The offensive line has not looked better in quite some time.

Grades

Offense: A

Defense: A

Overall, the Packers dominated this game with their starters. It was almost too good. I guess I won’t complain.

Check back later for more details and video highlights.

Who rose and who sank during the first four days of training camp.

By all accounts, the first four days of Packers training camp (six practices, total) were spirited, with few distractions. There were no major injuries, though there were the usual minor ones. A couple of trends: Nobody on the offensive line has really stood out, but the linebackers are looking great.

Here’s a quick look at some players whose stock rose or fell based on their performances:

RISERS

WR James Jones—The knee injury that nagged Jones through all of last season is fully healed, and he’s been catching balls all over the place, including some deep sideline routes—a part of his game that is underrated.

TE Jermichael Finley—The talented second-year TE has put his money where his mouth is, making several great catches downfield and even making some noise as a blocker, knocking DE Jeremy Thompson out of practice one day.

RB DeShawn Wynn–#42 has seen a lot of action and has looked good carrying the ball and on blitz pickups. His talent has never been in question, and now he may have the conditioning to match that talent.

QB Matt Flynn—Bob McGinn of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has good things to say about Flynn. We needed to hear this. Desperately.

DE Justin Harrell—The mere fact that Harrell has been on the field is an unexpected bonus for Packer fans. Even better, he has been flashing some of the talent that made him a first-round pick in 2007. So far so good.

OLB Clay Matthews—After missing most of the minicamps with a strained hamstring, Matthews wasted no time claiming a starting spot, playing strong at the line and also showing some skill in pass coverage.

ILB A.J. Hawk—So far he looks to be thriving in the 3-4. Look for him to lead the team in tackles this season.

ILB Desmond Bishop—He’s shown the same ferociousness that he showed last year and looks like he may be ready to start. It won’t happen with a healthy A.J. Hawk ahead of him, though.

ILB Brandon Chillar—Arguably our best linebacker last season (which isn’t saying much, unfortunately), Chillar has excelled as Nick Barnett’s replacement. He will gain valuable experience playing with the #1’s before Barnett returns from his injury, which is expected to happen in about three weeks.

S Nick Collins—After making a lot of noise about his contract in the offseason and missing the minicamps, Collins sailed in to training camp and grabbed his starting spot without fanfare. He also grabbed the only interception of Tuesday evening’s practice.

FALLERS

OT Allen Barbre—He’s been inconsistent, and if this continues he could lose his standing as the favorite to replace Mark Tauscher. Considering that he faded in training camp last season, this is a real concern.

QB Brian Brohm—There has been little talk of Brohm, and no news is bad news for a player who underperformed as a rookie last year and needs to make a big leap to avoid whispers that he may be a bust.

OLB Jeremy Thompson—When the pads went on, Thompson’s tenuous standing as the #1 ROLB immediately went out the window, as he proved to be soft at the point of attack. That is not the problem one would expect from a former 4-3 DE.

K Mason Crosby—So far he’s been Dr. Hook in training camp, raising concerns that his field goal kicking may be even worse than it was last year.

P Jeremy Kapinos and P Durant Brooks—Neither has looked particularly good so far. It’s doubtful that a new special teams coach can do anything to fix Ted Thompson’s huge blunder of last season, when he cut Jon Ryan.

Since there is not a whole lot going on right now in 2009, let’s take a look at 2010.

If you thought this free agent period was a frustrating one, prepare to take your Valium early for 2010. With 13 unrestricted free agents, there are bound to be some even tougher decisions looming for management next season.

I understand it is hard to come to any firm conclusions without factoring in the play in 2009, but barring Hall of Fame performances, I think we can already take a good shot at a guessing game of who stays and who goes.

This is how a see it:

Staying

Will Blackmon: Provided he stays healthy and continues to improve, I think it is safe that the Packers will make a run at keeping Will around for the long term.

Daryn Colledge: The guy has done everything the Packers have asked him. The versatile lineman is rewarded with a new deal during the off-season.

Jason Spitz: Spitz has continued to improve, and barring a complete meltdown, Spitz will be a Packer in 2010.

Atari Bigby: If he returns to the player he was in 2008, expect Atari to remain a Packer. If he fails to get healthy, the dread locked defensive back will be hitting the streets. Not to mention that fact that he gets tons of hoes.

Tony Moll: Like it or not, the Packers keep Moll just in case. With uncertainty higher than ever on Rodger’s blindside, Moll makes the cut as a warm body. Great.

Ruvell Martin: Every year I say it’s time for Ruvell Martin to break out. Ever year I keep waiting. However, even with an average season, I think you see Ruvell sticking around. A good friend of Rodgers, an aging Donald Driver, and plenty of opportunity, leave Ruvell knocking out a friendly Ferguson type contract but actually playing his worth.

Out of Here

Chad Clifton: It’s been a great run for Clifton. His days as a Packer end in 2010. He is just too much money for too many questions. Like many great players, his body is going to finally let him down.

Nick Collins: Too much dough for too much show. I suppose there is a possibility that Collins gets re-signed this off-season. If not, so ends the

Charlie Peprah: Sorry Charlie, you can be replaced much cheaper by someone much better.

Ryan Pickett: The big grease gets greased from Green Bay. The converted 4-3 nose tackle will leave the Bay for one more payday in a more comfortable scheme.

Johnny Jolly: After sitting out a likely suspension in 2009. The Packers part ways with what could turn out to be a public relations nightmare. No way Jolly gets any kind of big payday from the Green and Gold.

Tory Humphrey: Finley will start to come into his own this season. If Tory makes the team in 2009, he becomes disposable in 2010.

Aaron Kampman: Here comes the arguments. Aaron Kampman will not be a Packer in 2010. The guy has one nice payday left, and he isn’t going to get it from the Packers regardless. He will be lauded as Packer people and replaced with a more reasonable option. I love Aaron Kampman, but the Packers will never pony up what the pro-bowler is going to ask.

Here ends my predictions for the 2010 off-season. I expect it to be profanity filled and twice as heated as usual. I think the Packers are left with four big holes at NT, OLB, T, and safety. Hopefully, someone steps up to fill those empty shoes this season, if not, expect Ted to dip deeper into free-agency than he ever has in the past.

That is if Ted is still running the show.

I almost took everything I said about Nick Collins back yesterday when he attended practice. I am sure glad I didn’t.

Silly as it sounds, I thought Collins might actually be making an effort to help out the Green Bay Packers. It turns out he is just a little light in the wallet. About a hundred grand to be exact.

According to the Green Bay Press-Gazette:

“Collins could lose more than $100,000 in fines and bonus recovery by not taking part.”

If Nick Collins had not reported to OTA practice yesterday, he would not have the time to pass his physical and medical tests before the mandatory mini-camp next week. No mini-camp, no one hundred grand. So much for doing the right thing for the right reason.

I’ll bet the farm that Collins gets an “injury” shortly after practice begins. Nice try Nick, no one is buying it.

(Stay Tuned)

Lately I’ve been hearing about Atari Bigby’s poor 2008 season. What a load of crap.

Some folks are actually worried about Bigby for 2009. They say he had a bad 2008 season. That makes me laugh.

Last season Atari was playing hurt, and when he wasn’t playing hurt he wasn’t playing at all because he was hurt.

He was injured in preseason and played hurt from that point on, when he did play, so does it really shock people that he wasn’t the 2007 Atari?

Oh, and that poor 2008 season, he only played 7 games. Yeah, he didn’t even play half a season due to his injury, and he played those 7 hurt. And we’re going to rag on him and worry about this?

I think I’m one of the few people concerned about our safety position. Bigby will have that Strong Safety spot locked up. Only injury will stop that.

At Free Safety, Collins will have it if he’s still on the team and smart enough to find Lambeau Field. If not, Rouse will be competing hard, and he has the talent to be a starting safety and the fact that he’s a backup makes me happy.

Maybe he can even start at strong safety since Atari Bigby sucks now. Jeez…

Time to spread the love (or lack thereof) around a bit this Saturday morning. Here’s six Packer stories to sound off on. We got tall-boys today.

The Six-Pack

1. Cheesehead TV hates Aaron Kampman

In an article titled “Kampan: Not As Good As Advertised” CHTV argues that defensive end Aaron Kampan is good but not great.

“But when the chips are down, when the Packers absolutely need a sack, and Kampman is going against something more than a journeyman, you can forget it.”

I’ll be one of the few to agree with CHTV that Kampan has not acheived elite status, nor will he ever. On the flip side, he is a stand up guy, the hardest worker you’ll ever not meet, and a consummate professional. Pick your poison Nagler… and be happy about it. On that note…

2. Greg Bedard hates Greg Jennings

Not really, but he obviously isn’t wearing any blinders. Yesterday, I was looking over some receiver rankings in the National Football Post. Greg Jennings is ranked behind such names as Lee Evans and Roddy White. Bedard holds the opinion that the list is fairly accurate.

“Don’t see anyone on there I’d rank him ahead of. Maybe Housh because he’s more possession. But he doesn’t drop passes.“

Greg Jennings will strike him down when he least expects it. Karma came full cirlce later in the day when Bedard got owned on Twitter.

3. Brain Carriveau continues to avoid the Favre drama.

I have to give Rail Bird Central a little credit here. Not a Favre related story has appeared on this blog in recent memory. The bigger question is why? Does Brian not believe in the hype? Is he a Favre guy in disguise? This is the man who hates Quinn Johnson you know.

Seriously though, while most are talking about Brett, Brian has been amassing a pretty decent chunk of non-Favre related stories lately. Including finding this video of Mark Murphy getting crushed (in the gazoomba’s) in dodgeball.

4. Here is some more Favre news… sorta.

I understand that everyone (including us) like to ride the Favre train, but Scott Hanson of the NFL Network needs to keep it current.

“At one point, according to the source, Favre got passionate on the phone, telling Goodell, “He (Thompson) doesn’t want me going to Minnesota, because he knows I’ll kick his ass twice a year!”

Way to bust out a quote from last year to light that fire. Can you say desperate for anything? On a side note, there is a nice little video of the Favre injury from a doctor’s perspective. It’s worth a watch.

5. Nick Collins IS skipping workouts for contract reasons.

Let’s finally put this puppy to rest. There was a little debate on the Packers Lounge chatbox this week about the Nick Collins situation. After recently citing personal issues as the reason for his absence earlier in the season, his agent in no uncertain terms says that Nick is sitting out because of his contract.

“Collins’s agent told Wilde that Collins has legitimate family issues but that he would not be attending the off-season program regardless of any family matters. The agent also said that Collins would not attend the organized team activities later this month if the team isn’t willing to discuss a new deal.”

Sorry Pack93z, I am not ready to take back my ”Collins is a douche” statement just yet. It’s ALWAYS about the money.

6. NFL Power Rankings

It’s never too early to look at power rankings, and I love it when the Packers are what I consider underdogs.

“I’m shocked the Packers won only six games last year. It just showed how valuable a piece of their puzzle Cullen Jenkins was. At 6-2 and 305 pounds and with good lateral quickness, he should come back from the torn pectoral that caused him to miss 12 games last year and play very well in the new 3-4. This is a team with far better talent than six wins, and I expect Aaron Rodgers to be better in the fourth quarter this year than last, by the sheer experience factor.”

I think the CBS rankings are a far better gauge than Peter King’s rankings. The Bears at #4? Come on.

I am sorry Nick Collins, but as of today you officially have received “douche” status.

There two things I hate:

1. Waking up.

2. Waking up to some bullshit like this.

“Nick Collins doesn’t want a new deal before reporting to the Green Bay Packers’ offseason strength and conditioning program. But the Pro Bowl safety would at least like the team to start talking to him about one.

With no negotiations on the horizon, Collins is staying home in Florida and not attending the team’s offseason workouts, which kicked off Monday, an NFL source said Thursday evening.”

Not even a day after we get Darren Sharper out of the NFC, Darren Sharper 2.0 arrives. I can’t help but think this is the continuing snowball effect that was created last year after the whining (I am going to run into your ass for half a yard) Ryan Grant stiff armed a new deal after one great season.

Now, we have Tramon Williams, Nick Collins, and I will guarantee a third man in the mix before everything is said and done.

I am sick of one year wonders, and guys who don’t have to integrity to play out their contracts. I am especially pissed off that Nick decided that he doesn’t need to immerse himself in the new defensive scheme right from the get go.

If Ted does anything at all this season (still a question), he should tell Nick Collins to take a flying fuck at a rolling doughnut.

Nick, your not that good to begin with… not learning the new defense isn’t going to help.

What a douche.

EDIT: One of our readers, Pack93z, brought up an interesting point. Even though he complains a lot, we appreciate it. He mentions that perhaps Jason Wilde, the author of this article, is fishing for more story than there is.

According to the JSOnline:

“Collins is home in Florida with his wife, waiting for the birth of their third child. The club is aware why he is not there. Collins is expected to report for the off-season conditioning workouts after his child is born.”

If this is indeed to case, then I retract my statement, thus decreasing Nick Collins’ doucheness.

Of course, that would make Wilde a douche for trying to stir the pot. Rest assured, someone will be a douche eventually.

On January 30th, Lounge Lizard Paul suggested I make a top ten WORST players on the team. Here it is, but prepare to be surprised.

When I was making this list, I wrote up some of the bad players right away. The regulars were there, the players whose name I cursed every Sunday. Then I ran out, and I ran out at around nine.

This is a good problem to have for a team roster, but a horrible problem when trying to put together a top ten piece. After a week of thinking and drinking(T & D), I came up with the list.

Here it is, the top ten worst players from 2008.

10. Nick Collins – As good as Nick was, he also matched it with stretches of very bad play. Nick Collins is Darren Sharper 2.0 and it drives me nuts. Why can’t he just be consistent? C’mon, Nick. Hopefully Capers can fix him.

9. Ryan Grant – I wonder how many bruises our offensive linemen have on their backs from Ryan Grant running into them? Grant seems bright, but he plays dumb. What makes it worse was every time he stepped out, someone stepped in and ran BETWEEN the tackles and got positive yards. Horrible year. Will he rebound or will someone take his job in 2009?

8. Chad Clifton – Maybe Clifton can’t play well with a bruised back (damn you, Grant). Maybe that explains Clifton’s bad year. Or Clifton is just getting old and banged up as his career gets up there. Clifton did not help the running game or the passing game and I hope he’s replaced by a better player next year.

7. Charlie Peprah – I admit, Peprah makes the list because I started running out of people while making it. However, he was pretty bad when he came in at safety. There’s no denying that one.

6. James Jones – Mr. Stone Hands. He’s big. He’s strong. He’s quick. He sucks. James frustrates me to no end. He is reaching Ahmad Carroll level of throwing away talent. He always seems to be dropping a pass or limping off the field. Both of those angered me a lot in 2008.

5. Ruvell Martin – Here comes the backlash. I like Ruvell. He’s charming and talented. He also was nowhere to be seen in 2008, and he got playing time too! He played in 13 games and was useless in 13 games. 1 touchdown. 13.5 average a game. Even after buttering up Aaron Rodgers for three years couldn’t help Ruvell in 2008. Get him a watch next year, maybe he’ll throw you some more.

4. Tony Moll – He sucked. I hope he doesn’t suck in 2009. That is all.

3. Jarrett Bush – After a horrible punt (see: #2), Bush would match the horribleness with missed tackles. Or penalties. Or, taking up space. And that’s just Bush the special teamer. As a cornerback, Bush rarely saw the field, and when he did, he was horrible. Charlie Peprah got on the field more in 2008 than Bush. That’s bad.

2. Derrick Frost – This guy was so bad. I was shocked how bad this professional punter was. I can understand if we sent Alex out there to kick, but Frost is a specialist at one thing: kicking a ball. He also sucks at it. Frost at Punter was like having an armless man taking the mound in an MLB game.

1. Justin Harrell – So much was expected from him this year. With Corey let go, we needed the defensive tackles we had to step up, and he didn’t. Some will say he was injured and it doesn’t count, but it does. He sucks, and so do his bones made of glass.
