Saying Thanks…to a Bears Fan

In the words of the great Ice Cube, Today was a good day.
That’s what I was saying all day yesterday. Why? Because we’re back baby.
Maybe you didn’t notice we were gone. Maybe you don’t know who “we” are. But either way, here we are.
About a month ago, I found myself wandering the desert alone. Or at least that’s what it felt like as I found out the Lounge was closing while watching fireworks on a golf course and every day since its been over 90 degrees here. Homeless, hot and without football to cure my blues, I walked the blogesphere like a lost a puppy.
More importantly than where would I find my home, what did I want to say? First decision, find John – who was also roaming on his own. He’s a good person, knows the Packers and likes my jokes; qualities needed for a partner. Second decision – who are we? And I thought back to a poorly worded insult that turned into the best advice I have ever received: Eat More Cheese.
It started out as a joke. Hungry? Eat more cheese. Thirsty? Eat more cheese. And then it was clear to us both; want more Packers news? Eat More Cheese!
So here we are, adding more cheese to CheeseheadTV. We’re fans, we’re both more than a little obsessed with the Packers, and we both really like cheese. How much will things change? Time will tell. We’re still growing, expect some touch ups here and there. But at the end of the day you can count on stories of Packers fandom, reactions to all things Packers, tales from living in other NFL cities, the latest from Cheesehead Radio, and as many references to cheese as humanly possible.
Thanks for sticking with us through this transition and thank you to everyone at CheeseheadTV – Corey, Wally, Aaron, Brian, Holly, and Max – who turned our silly idea of a piece of cheese eating more cheese into an actuality, and thank you to all our readers and friends who supported us through this transition.
And lastly, thanks to that infamous Bears fan. Without you, I’d still be in the desert and there’d be one less Packers blogger out there. I’m sure that makes you happy, wherever you are.

And I am so, so glad you are back! I love me a good lounge, but I couldn’t exist without cheese.
me neither. without cheese, I would die.
Cool stuff Jayme another top packer site to check out daily.
It’s like you’ve never left!
No more lounge? I shoulda known it wouldn’t last without me.
But I like cheese, so let’s do this.
