The Packers headed into Soldier Field with a division championship on their minds.
They did not disappoint.
Walking away with a 21-13 victory over the Bears, the Packers clinched their second straight NFC North championship. James Jones had 3 TD catches. Clay Matthews had 2 sacks. It was a wonderful sight to see the Packers clinch in Chicago.
