Please Lift The Seat Up

There are certain times when I kind of miss Dale Zawada. For those of you that don’t know, Dale was my original partner and co-founder of the Packers Lounge. Although he was a total and complete jag off most of the time, it was nice to have a guy around.
I knew I could never replace Dale, just hope to find a clone somewhere. Jersey Al was here for awhile, until he got too famous, but otherwise the search to replace a man such as Dale has continued for as long as I can remember.
Today, I realized that the best person to replace Dale had been under my nose the entire time. It was so obvious. There was only one thing that could replace and mimic the dynamic and the vibe left so empty in Dale’s absence.
After all this time, I finally knew what I needed to do.
Hire a girl.
With that said, I would like to welcome Jayme Joers as my new partner here at The Packers Lounge. For those of you not familiar with Jayme from our game day chats and Cheesehead Radio, she is an avid Packers and sports fan, and a fantastic writer to boot. She’ll bring a great vibe to the Lounge and I am super happy to have her here.
Jayme is not just a guest writer either; she is here to stay and will continue to make The Lounge and Cheesehead TV one of the best places for Packer fans.
She’s nicer than Behnke, more obnoxious than Carriveau, and better looking than Nagler. It’s a win for all the creepy dudes around here, and a blessing for all the women.
