Even if he doesn't start this year, there will be a sharp drop in skill level between him and the next guy down on the roster, so I hope he comes back. There really is no depth after Burnett and there really isn't much to loose starting Bigby on the PUP list and inserting him in week 7. The ankle surgury is scope, which isn't season ending.
