Jolly Green Dumbass

Jolly Green Dumbass

I don't care what was in the cup, I don't care what the story is. Johnny Jolly is a dumbass.

I don't have time to get into just how big a dumbass he is, but as usual just go to CHTV for the entire story.

Gotta call a spade a spade.

GBP 4 LIFE

Fitz, I don't believe you said that! How dumb can one person be? Out on bail for drug possession in Texas and he flaunts the terms of his proation to a Texas court. Someone needs to tell him that Texas Judges are more like Roy Bean than they are Earl Warren. And what kind of moron lawyer gets a delay in the trial claiming complications of apendicitis knowing this giant MORON's behavior pattern. If he had any chance of a suspended sentence it's gone now.

Fitz, Should have started another paragraph after "that!" . The Dumb part is all Jolly's.

"Fitz, I don’t believe you said that!"

UHHH, did I say something wrong?

By "Gotta call a spade a spade." I was agreeing with Alexs' "Jolly Green Dumbass" Title. What did you think Ron?

Alex Tallitsch's picture

I think your sig threw him Fitz.

FITZCORE1252's picture

Sig? Clue me in dude, I'm on the short-bus today. I don't get it.

Was he thinking the 'spade' was a racial thing? That's not where I was going...

Alex Tallitsch's picture

Okay, I think I figured this one out. In Ron's reply make a paragraph after the first sentence. So he agrees with Jolly being dumb. Although many people think the spade comment refers to cards, it's actually a racist saying from way back.

Ron LC's picture

Yep Alex! I'm old, very old! That term was in vogue when I was a teenager. No offense Fitz, it did make me think back in time.

FITZCORE1252's picture

Gotchya! Not where I was heading at all.

BUT, he's not doing anything to help certain stereotypes, and that's just a fact.

I hold a completely different view. I am sick of those Houston prosecutors. This case has been dragging on forever. He has had these conditions of bail placed on him for almost two years. During that time the Houston prosecutors, have dismissed the case on the eve of trial, purchased new equipment, trained their employees on the new equipment and then re-charged Jolly. The Houston prosecutors should stop trying to get pictures of Jolly with a drink in his hand and just try the frickin case already. During this entire two year affair, Jolly has pretty much has been placed on probation. Is it so outrageous, that a 27 year old guy who is presumed innocent wants to go to a club, let alone have a drink once every two years? This in addition to the fact that the local DA seems hell bent on getting Jolly. Do you know there was an individual charged with illegal possession of a firearm in that vehicle, but the local DA dropped the case against him because he was concerned about the stop. So, in the same stop, two guys are arrested, but one gets his case dumped and the other has to face trial? Not to mention one is a drug possession crime and the charge that gets dumped is a gun crime.

A-FRIGGIN-MEN

Between this and the Williams D-bags... ugh.

Alex Tallitsch's picture

See, this is why I hate you. That is a good point. I agree I am sick of the whole thing, and that the justice system is fucked up a lot of the times. That being as it is though, Jolly still should be laying low.

You still suck though.

Ron LC's picture

Actually, all the delays can be chalked up to Jolly's lawyer. I can't wait to see the excuse for the next one. I think it might be this week.

Globalpack's picture

Granted Jolly's attorney has asked for a few continuances, but nothing was a bigger continuance that the DA dumping the case on the eve of trial, only to decide to re-charge it five months later, starting the entire process over again.

I honestly think that the DA put so much into trying to get his bail revoked, because negotiating with an incarcerated defendant is 10x easier than negotiating with a released defendant.

What's that word I'm looking for? What is it? Oh that's right, I remember...

MORON!

I mean, how stupid do you have to be? Throw your career, not to mention potentially your freedom, for something stupid.

It's unbelievable how stupid some people are.

This is a post? hahah Congrats on making an entire story out of like 30 words, not delving into the story at all, which makes me believe you have no idea the actual situation at all.

Congrats.

Or maybe, just maybe, he agrees 100% with the link he provided, and thinks there's not much to add, and just wanted to call out Jolly...

Alex Tallitsch's picture

"And a tall, lonely loser walked through the door..."

The thing is -- he's not even in trouble for drinking alcohol (he's just banned from using it now, and from being at establishments), and second off, he won't see any jail time. I don't really want to sit here and explain it to everyone that isn't likely to listen anyways, so if you want to read my opinion (not likely) and how the case is faulty due to the near impossible ways of measuring the actual amount of Promethazine Codeine, as well as the late former San Diego Charger Terrance Kiel and his codeine charges, which were much, much worse and he didn't see a second of jail time, you can read. Or not.

Dude, you don't have to explain and no one cares to listen. Everyone is up to snuff on the Jolly case, including the attorneys that frequent this page and have given their two cents on the subject since it hit LAST year.

Running in here acting like you are doing a huge service to us 'uneducated' fans months after we have thoroughly discussed it, just makes you look like a dillhole.

Jolly was being stupid, it's really that simple.

Detox's picture

I agree Jolly was being dumb, there is no denying this. But I'll bet any amount of money that Jolly doesn't miss a single game (Unless, of course, he gets hurt/gets cut, etc) and doesn't see a single bit of Jail Time regarding this incident.

Oh yeah, I forgot, you're so up to date on this situation!
