I think everyone would be disappointed without another Lombardi Trophy. I also think that in the current NFL the ‘any given sunday” policy is greater than it ever has been before.

Consider the Vikings lost by 6 to the Packers just 2 weeks ago. Was there any reason the score should have been that close, especially with a rookie (Ponder) starting at QB for the Vikings? No way. And yet they were in the game up to the end.

Regular season success is so much less important than the 3 or 4 games that really matter in January and February. You just have to be one of 6 come playoff time-then anything can happen

I want the Packers to win every game they play. I can’t help but talk about them going undefeated. Even if they lose a game this season, I’ll be disappointed if they don’t win the Super Bowl.
