#3 wideout is irrelevant in this offense. They will both be targeted their fair share. If the offseason is any indication, I think Jordy will have better #’s. He and Aaron seem to have built a noticeable chemistry. I do like me some JJ though.

Jones is capable of being more physical, but Nelson is the fastest among all recievers to get back to the QB when Rodgers breaks from the pocket (I mean that, his ability to work back to Rodgers is better than Driver and Jennings). Not just this year, but at least the last 18 months. It shows too. Look back at who’s working the comeback route and how frequently Rodgers knows he’s there. Just saying, Rodgers and Nelson have a connection.

No disrespect to Jones, he’s solid.

Kareem Copeland said today that he thinks Jones has gotten the edge over Nelson this past week. I’ve always leaned a little more toward Jones myself anyway. But the most important thing is that they’re both playing well, so I’m happy.

I wouldn’t call that a drop by Jones against the Browns, by the way. The defender got a hand in there to break up the play. I agree, though, that Nelson should’ve caught the pass in the end zone, even though he was bumped. You could see afterwards that he was angry with himself for failing to hold onto it.
