Give This To Jarrett

We’ve been hard on you all season and for that matter all last off-season as well. There is no doubt it may have been unfair, but as you would know more than most, we are just stupid fans.

We’ve been hard on you all season and for that matter all last off-season as well. There is no doubt it may have been unfair, but as you would know more than most, we are just stupid fans.

A lot of talk has been made this week about how important your play is going to be heading into this week’s game and for the remainder of the post season. Some have even suggested that your play alone may determine the success or failure of this year’s team.

That being said I would like to apologize. I put you on the Suck List from week one and never let up. I thought they should have let you go in the off-season, and cursed the day Patrick Lee went down with another injury. For that, I am sorry. I hardly know what it is like to play in the NFL.

I would like to  extend my support to you wholeheartedly this week as I should have all along. For you, never has an opportunity to shine presented itself with such blunt force, no-brainer timing.

This is your chance to shut up everyone. This is your chance to prove to Packer nation that you indeed are a difference maker.

I personally will be rooting for you the entire way.

Go out there, get it done, and from my corner of Packer nation I wish you well.

Three cheers for Mr. Bush.

You are right man. This is the way we should handle the players these days, these hard days. One man can change the outcome, anytime, in any game. im sure they'll all do their best and play their guts out.

I felt this exact way the week leading up to the Steeler game. Then that first play happened...

Yeah, one more for The Bandwagon! Welcome, Alex.

To be open and transparent, I wrote that right before Pittsburgh, and we all know how that ended up.

Screw it, I'm back in. Come on, Jarrett!

There was one brief, shining moment when Bush disappeared from the suck list. It was after that late-season win against the Bears, in which Bush did a solid job.

I fully expect him to get lit up at least once or twice against the Cardinals. Hopefully they keep him in short zones and matched up against TE's in order to minimize the damage.

Mr. Bush. I think you just don't have the talent to play the NFL.

I will not apologize for you inneptitude, or for criticizing you.

I will, however, cheer my hearth out for you everytime you step onto the field with the Green and Gold uniform, because it's not your fault you don't have talent or is playing.

Best of luck, because we'll need you, and your happiness will be my happiness the next game, and luckily, beyond.

And let me tell you that, no matter what the fans says, no matter what anybody says, if you get it, that ring will be yours forever, and forever your name will be written in the history of the Green Bay Packers.

Jarrett Bush was never meant to start anywhere on the defense... but things being what they are it was unavoidable. We've just got to take it that he'll get burned sometimes and hope other times he can make a play or two. Lets be honest he hasn't shown enough to think he won't be kicked back down the depth after this season.

The "unavoidable" part is which rille me up, because for a long time, Chris McCalister was a FA. Now it's too late, we should continue with Bush.

But it wasn't, IMHO, "unavoidable" before, because McCalister would have the time to pick some of the playbook, and even not having it 100%, still perform better than Bush.
