Dumbass: Shame On The NFLPA

The NFLPA should be ashamed.

I've tried my hardest to stay out of all the CBA talk. It really frustrates me to no end watching billionaires argue about how hard the times are. I'm sick of the uber rich wanting to get richer, and I'm sick of listening to people complain about having a high paying dangerous job.

You know who has a dangerous job? Coal miners. So, the whole lot of you can go to hell as far as I'm concerned.

I have no sides to stand on, but I do take great offense in the NFLPA asking the college draftees not to attend the NFL draft in April. Disgusting.

How long have these kids worked for this? Some of them for probably a decade or more. Now, you're asking them to boycott perhaps the biggest moment of their lives? That is just absolutely wrong.

It's like asking the valedictorian to skip graduation because the kids that want a smoking section disagree with the principal. It's absolutely ludicrous.

Millions of kids, and many adults too, dream of a moment when they may be one of the lucky few to stand up on that stage and hold up a jersey that represents a culmination of life long dedication. Asking someone to give that up because you're having a tempter tantrum makes me lose complete faith in your true intentions.

You should be ashamed.

I really don't care about a lockout/strike/decertification/whatever until the first game is missed. Whatever happens between now and September means little to me so I turn it off. Always do.

I wish they would ask Mel Kiper and Todd McShay to not attend.

I side with the owners, but don't sympathize with them. The inmates run MLB and the NBA, but not the NFL. Owners run the NFL asylum and that has created a league without guaranteed contracts and guys have to play hard year in and year out.

Well Said. I would love to see the audience boo the whole show with the exception of when a kid's name get announced and he walks on stage. The rest of the time just a chorus of Boo's at the owners and the Players

That is pretty despicable. These kids are not even your peers yet! Great call, Alex.

"Listen, don't go to the greatest moment of your life so far! We're battling for more money in here!

No no, we've already had that moment ourselves. It's just you that are going to miss it."

While generally speaking I lean more to the player's view than the owners, I absolutely agree with you.
