Williams Practices Second Straight Day

Tramon Williams seems set to return to the starting lineup Sunday when the Packers face the Bears.

Packers cornerback Tramon Williams, who missed last Sunday's victory over the Carolina Panthers due to a shoulder injury, was practicing for the second straight day, this time taking part in the Packers one padded practice of the week.

In less positive news, both cornerback Charles Woodson and outside linebacker Clay Matthews did not participate in practice for the second consecutive day. Woodson has lingering foot issues while Matthews injured his quad in the Carolina game.

However, head coach Mike McCarthy, meeting with reporters after practice, indicated both are still expected to play Sunday versus the Bears.

Another injured player expected to play versus the Bears, Ryan Pickett, was limited in practice.

A pair of rookies who were inactive last Sunday due to injury, linebacker Vic So'oto and running back Alex Green, both practiced for a second straight day.

Frank Zombo, who broke his scapula in the preseason, was still not back at practice, though McCarthy said he has made "significant progress."

Mike Neal and Nick Collins were not seen at practice.

With Walden looking extremely average so far, can't wait to see So'oto on the field again.
