Vitt’s Lawyer Calls Gregg Williams a “Rogue” Coach

Current Saints assistant head coach and former Packers assistant Joe Vitt (in 1999 under Ray Rhodes), had his appeal heard for his part in “Bountygate” by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell Thursday in New York City.
In an interview with the NFL Network’s Steve Wyche, Vitt’s lawyer––David Cornwell––characterized former Saints defensive coordinator Gregg Williams of “going rogue.”

Sounds like an excuse for not standing up and doing the right thing by Vitt..
Or an attempt to use a scapegoat instead of owning up.
