These 'Recycling Trucks' (business) are supposed to guarantee secure transport, containment and destruction of any/all private documents. If this is true, that's a pretty substantial breach of confidentiality and failure of the recycling company they contract with.
These aren't the recycling companies picking up your rubbish during the week, totally different (or should be).

Play 1: Kick ball out of bounds on kickoff.
Play 2: Allow Offensive Lineman to return a kickoff 71 yards.
Play 3: Make no blocks for returners for 10 years.
