Video: A.J. Hawk Relishes Opportunity to Tackle Greg Jennings
While out in Nevada for the American Century Classic golf tournament, A.J. Hawk took a few minutes to talk to the NBC affiliate in Milwaukee on Thursday.
Hawk was asked about Greg Jennings playing for the Minnesota Vikings and being able to hit his former teammate:
"Of course. I can't wait for Greg to come across the middle," said Hawk in an exclusive interview with TODAY'S TMJ4's Jessie Garcia. Hawk is in Lake Tahoe for the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament.
"Greg knows I've joked around with him about it. It's going to be fun. I finally get to tackle Greg. I (got) to mess with him in practice and punch at him and jab at him at different times, and now we actually get to hit him. Greg's a physical guy, so I think he's going to try to bring it to me as well."

Well, Hawk probably has 40 lbs or so on him, sooo... Maybe Craig Flemmings will only drag him for 3 yards? So, there's that.

That is pretty negative cow42.
That seems overly optimistic Stroh. Hawk will never catch Flemmings.
pick one of the above.

I'll pick neither.
Piss off, Clark Burman... You're speaking to a legend here, recognize, son.

I was shocked when he signed with the Vikings. Didn't he know he'd be facing AJ "the widowmaker" Hawk twice a year? Maybe he's banking on being hurt for those games.

Who would have thought that AJ's best year as a player was going to be his last year at OSU? ... I'm crossing my fingers hoping B. Jones is a better player than most believe.

Lyrics from a .38 Special song describe A.J. Hawk perfectly. "Hold on loosely and don't let go, but if you cling too tightly you're gonna lose control".
