Look at last year's draft. They got production out of almost every single draft pick. The only other team with a better draft top to bottom may have been the Giants. They got production out of every one of their picks. That's a sign of good scouting and picking the talent that fits your plan. Is Thompson perfect. Definitely not, but who is?
