Thursday Night LIVE: Lions Talk & Mike Sherman

We'll be talking the upcoming game with the Detroit Lions and watching former Packers head coach Mike Sherman in the Thursday Night college football game.

Make sure to come back to Cheesehead TV this evening from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Lambeau time for our weekly Thursday Night LIVE blog.

Here's what's happening...

  • 6:30 to 7:00 p.m.–Free for all chat as we watch former Green Bay Packers head coach Mike Sherman lead his Texas A&M Aggies into Oklahoma State for a Big XII showdown of two unbeatens.
  • 7:00 to 7:30 p.m.–The free for all chat dies down while we do a Q&A with Detroit Lions expert Michael Schottey of Blue & Silver Pride, MLive.com and Bleacher Report.
  • 7:30 to 8:00 p.m.–We return to the college football game and free for all chat while taking a look at some of the prospects for this upcoming NFL Draft. From Texas A&M we'll be looking at Jerrod Johnson, one of the more highly rated quarterback prospects who's gotten off to a rough start to the 2010 season, but that's partially because he plays behind a swiss cheese offensive line. As for Oklahoma State, running back Kendall Hunter may be top NFL prospect. He was a first-team All-American in 2008.
  • At 8:00–We migrate over to BlogTalkRadio for this week's episode of Cheesehead Radio where they are getting ready for the Lions game.

Hope you can join us. See you there.

Damn. For a moment, I thought you guys had scored Mike Sherman as a guest for the show. That would have been the best Cheesehead TV ever.

Thought the same thing.
Heck with Sherm though, aim for Thompson. "Ted, we just wanna say what an honor it is to have you here. We can't thank you enough. So let's get down to it, what can we expect differently this week from our guys as opposed to what we saw in the Bears game?" "...I don't think that's any of your business."
