The Journey to Superbowl 50 has begun

Aaron & Corey and the Live X Production crew take a journey to Ray Nitschke Field to cover Training Camp for Packer Fans

I'm sitting here at the Milwaukee Airport with Aaron, Nick (our Technical Producer), and Bryan (our DP) going over the whirlwind last 3 days we experienced covering the start of Green Bay Packers Training Camp. It all started 2 months ago when I saw the opportunity to cover Training Camp live with a new iPad software made by Teradek called Live:Air. Being a huge fan & evangelist in my "day" job for live streaming products I knew we could offer something special for all of our loyal fans in the Cheesehead TV community.

For those of you who missed it here is a recap of the last few days:

Wednesday July 29th 2015

Made our way to Newark airport with a ton of gear.

After arriving in Green Bay I had to of course take the guys to the Green Bay Distillery for a cheese curd burger and to check out the Green Bay Press-Gazette symposium the night before camp.

Thursday July 30th 2015

Nick and I made our way to Stillmank Brewery our sponsor for Packer Transplants to set up a special live show for fans as the 1st Training Camp Live blog was happening on the site.

The show was really fun - our 2nd outside of the studio ever.

It was great seeing friends and we really appreciate everyone who came out.

Big thanks to Brad & Erin Stillmank of Stillmank Brewery, the greatest sponsor a bunch of football nerds could ask for. If you come to Green Bay, the Brewery is a MUST-VISIT.

Friday July 31st 2015

2nd Day of Packers Training Camp - we got all of our gear ready to stream live. Check out our live blog & live video for Day 2.

We capped off some really fun coverage with Wes Hodkiewicz of the Green Bay Press Gazette.

We also sat down with the guys at From the Benches to talk Packers on their podcast.

After the show we of course had to take the guys to Kroll's West for some Butter Burgers. Another Green Bay MUST-VISIT.

Saturday August 1st 2015

Our last day of this trip we got ready to go live again. Check out all of our coverage from Day 3 here.

I'm really proud of everything we accomplished. Our mission is to be devoted to Green Bay Packer Fans worldwide. The last 4 days were an excellent example of the type of coverage, action and experience we strive to bring to our fellow Packer Fans. Thanks for watching, tweeting and all of the support. It really means a lot. GO PACK!!

To Corey & Aaron, and Nick & Bryan.
This trip must have been a small fortune for you to shell out. Thanks is a simple word, but sometimes it doesnt say it all. However, all I can do, is to say thanks, and tip my Packers hat to you. And of course.....
