Stock Plummets

(I know, I know. Sorry. That was horrible. But how could I resist? At least it’s topical.)
After toling in obscurity most of the season, Special Teams coach Mike Stock is smack dab in the middle of the spotlight, and it’s not a star making turn, if you know what I mean. First there were his simply idiotic comments to Bob McGinn regarding his refusal to allow Jon Ryan to see a kicking specialist. (Steve over at PackerGeeks has a great post on this) Then came his units abysmal performance yesterday in just about every facet of the game. McCarthy now has four games to evaluate whether Stock should be let go along with Sanders at the end of the season. (I mean, there’s no way Sanders isn’t gone, right? Right!? RIGHT!!???@#$#@$#@)

Will MM be the one evaluating people for next year? If he doesn’t chop some deadwood he should not be.
