With thanks to our good friends at Pro Football Focus, here’s a closer look at some of the key statistics from the Green Bay Packers’ 24-15 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 8 Sunday:

Of Aaron Rodgers' 38 drop backs, the Jaguars brought blitzes on just three. Overall, he was pressured on nine total drop backs, completing just 2 of 7 passes for 14 yards and a touchdown against pressure.
Pressure allowed by offensive lineman: Marshall Newhouse (two hurries), T.J. Lang (one quarterback hit, two hurries), Jeff Saturday (zero), Josh Sitton (one sack) and Bryan Bulaga (one sack, one quarterback hit). All five had negative run block grades.
Rodgers attempted just three passes over 20 yards, completing one (to James Jones) for 31 yards. The Jaguars played mostly two-deep safeties throughout.
Running back Alex Green graded out poorly going every direction but far right. On two carries outside the tackle box to the offense's right side, Green gained 13 yards. Only 18 yards came from Green's 10 carries to the left of center Jeff Saturday. 28 of Green's 54 yards came after first contact.
The Packers hit on both touchdown passes against Jaguars safety Chris Prosinski.
Just one of Randall Cobb's five receptions came nine yards or more downfield, with three of his catches at or behind the line of scrimmage. He played a season-high 59 snaps with Jordy Nelson and Greg Jennings out.
Green saw a season-high six targets as a receiver.
Tight end by snaps: Tom Crabtree (37), Jermichael Finley (36) and D.J. Williams (25).
The Packers had two drops, one from Williams and one from running back James Starks. Neither Finley's or Crabtree's were officially counted.
An active Morgan Burnett had seven tackles, six stops (tackle that constitutes a failure for the offense), one sack and one hurry. He graded out at a career-high +4.7, despite allowing 62 yards on seven targets.
The Packers brought blitzes on 21 plays but had Blaine Gabbert under pressure just eight times. Gabbert's passer rating was 112.4 when blitzed.
Over 41 pass-rushing snaps, Erik Walden provided zero quarterback disruptions (sack, quarterback hit or hurry). Sunday marked Walden's third shutout as a pass rusher this season.
Clay Matthews registered a season-low two quarterback disruptions (one hurry, one quarterback hit). He also had two against St. Louis in Week 7.
Ryan Pickett (35 snaps) made three stops against the run, tops among the defensive linemen.
The Packers had just three missed tackles (A.J. Hawk, Brad Jones and Jerron McMillian).
Casey Hayward (70 snaps) allowed four catches on nine targets for 29 yards. McMillian (34 snaps) was charged with five catches for 80 yards, both team-highs. Davon House (55 snaps) allowed three catches on three targets for 39 yards. M.D. Jennings played 62 snaps.
Jarrett Bush had two special teams tackles. He leads the club with six this season.

Bottom line, we got dominated within 5 yards of both sides of the ball.

The OL and DL need to do their friggen jobs better. When they do, we're almost impossible to beat. When they don't, things look like Sunday, and Seattle, And at Indy, and....

Bryan Bulaga has to be hurt--I can't believe the cavalcade of negative plays this guy is giving up, seemingly out of nowhere. If you recall at the onset of training camp MM said that Bulaga was poised to be a pro bowl RT. BB has promptly sh** the bed ever since the start of the regular season.

Yeah, I have to agree about Bulaga's performance. Newhouse has all eyes on him so mistakes are very visual but Bulaga, not the same but you can bet the coaches have the film and are sure to try and correct what is needed.

Is it just me, or does it seem that every time Clay Matthews has a favorable match-up on paper he under performs? Don't get me wrong, I think he's a good player, but wasn't he supposed to abuse St Louis, Jax, and Seattle?
