Report: Packers CB Casey Hayward Returns to Practice

Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com provides visual evidence of a change in practice status to Packers cornerback Casey Hayward:

Hayward was witheld from practice on Wednesday as the Packers prepare to face the Detroit Lions on Sunday.

After missing the majority of the 2013 season with a pulled hamstring, Hayward could not afford to be sidelined for long if he hopes to get back to his rookie-season form when he intercepted six passes.

Two games into the 2014 season, Hayward not only sits behind starters Sam Shields and Tramon Williams on the cornerback depth chart but has also received fewer snaps than fellow backup Davon House.

Tackle Bryan Bulaga and safety Micah Hyde are also reportedly taking part in practice, but it remains to be seen if they've been elevated from their "limited" practice status on Wednesday.

Linebackers Brad Jones and Andy Mulumba remain out.

Youi can only put up with the always injured guy, the never seems to heal guy so long then you in the same boat as the Vikings, guys missing games for being suspended versus guys missing games for the same recurring injury. Neither is helping the team out.

Glad to see him back. Since the Kittens only have 2 decent WR's, the safety's can help Shields/Tramon cover Megatron and he can help the LB's cover Bush on his forays out of the backfield.
