Report: More than Six Teams Express Interest in TE Andrew Quarless
One team reportedly interested in Quarless is his home-town New York Giants.
From Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Sunday evening:
Am told TE @Quarless81 has been in touch with more than a half dozen teams, including the #Packers. Don't know where he'll land yet.

According to Ebenezer Samuel of the New York Daily News, the Giants are one of the teams pursuing Quarless. As someone who grew up on Long Island, Quarless may have a desire to return to his roots.
Quarless cannot sign with another team until the official start of free agency on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. CT, but he able to re-sign with the Packers at any time.
Tight end is a position in flux in Green Bay with both Quarless and Jermichael Finely scheduled to hit the open market.
What the Packers will do at the position if both players leave is unknown, but perhaps that's putting the cart ahead of horse until it becomes official that Quarless and Finley actually sign with another team.

What was that tweet I saw from Andrew Brandt? Something along the lines of "If you see that 6 teams are interested, that means that two teams called and the agent called 4 teams."
Should be interesting to see where some of our guys end up going, we can't resign them all.

the Giants would seem logical for Quarless. I wouldn't be surprised if they chased Finley too, with McAdoo at the offensive controls.

I think Neal's days as a 3-4 d-lineman are over.

Quarless is not worth getting into a bidding war.

True that.
Another agent trying to drum up BS reports and rumors. There all looking for that big pay day for average talent (see Walden).
That being said, I"ll be shocked if TT does ANYTHING tomorrow.
